Flogging imbroglio or mystery?

Two weeks ago a video depicting a person (believed to be a girl) was being flogged severely in an unknown location was aired on the local TV channels, that was later aired on International Media. People without confronting its reality and authentication started to condemn this incident and merely ended in calumniating Islam, without any knowledge of the Shariah Punishments in Islam. The so called intelligentsia of Media and NGOs instantly attacked Taliban for this and labeled them barbaric and false custodian of Islamic Shariah. Later on few vociferous protests hit the streets with other hidden motives. However, the main concern of this entire saga remained unnoticed. Why this video was aired after peace deal? What were its motives?

Well, this should be understood without any shadow of doubt that, Islam can’t be judged through Taliban legacy and act of single entity.

It is indeed a condemnable incident if this was based on the ideology to malign Islam and to create loath against Shariah Laws. Individuals have every right to comment on this, but one should avoid slandering Islam for cheap gains. Shariah Laws are also implemented in Saudi Arabia and as a Muslim we are bound to follow these laws. People of SWAT want peace and Shariah so let them have it, don’t lay pitfalls in this and understand the conspiracy behind the veil.
